FRANGIPANIER
Main poolside restaurant with spacious terrace. International cuisine. The hotel’s main restaurant, Le Frangipanier stretches out in the shade of two thatched pavilions built side by side. Bordered by a beautiful terrace of exotic wood that extends to the poolside, it also welcomes you for outdoor meals.

You’ll be won over by its friendly atmosphere and generous buffets. You’ll watch in fascination as the chefs work behind the cooking islands to prepare dishes à la minute.

NAVIGATOR
Restaurant offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the northern islands.
Open 6 evenings a week. Open for lunch and dinner, Le Navigator is set back from the communal areas. Perched on a green knoll at the tip of the peninsula, it overlooks the lagoon, offering magnificent views of the beach and the northern islands.

Housed in an old colonial house set back from the centre of the hotel, Le Navigator restaurant and its integrated bar are made of thatch, wood and stone. The interior, entirely protected by bay windows, opens onto two open-air terraces decorated with authentic 18th-century cannons. If you choose to eat outside, with the view below, you’ll really feel like you’re sailing on the Indian Ocean! Open 6 evenings a week
At Navigator, the cuisine focuses on fresh fish and seafood. The restaurant is also renowned for its lobster evenings.
In this elegant setting, the service is both warm and discreet. If you are undecided about your choice of wine or food, the waiters will be happy to guide you.

Finally, Le Navigator has a little surprise in store for diners: at the end of the evening, the interior of the restaurant is transformed into a disco, so you can dance the night away!

Open six nights a week for dinner, La Serenata is Le Canonnier’s Italian restaurant.
Although it is strategically located in the heart of the hotel, it is an intimate and romantic place where couples can enjoy a romantic dinner for two.

Bamboo screens separate La Serenata from the main restaurant, protecting guests’ privacy.

PLANTEUR BAR
Bar with terrace overlooking a landscaped lake in the heart of the gardens.
Set in the heart of a coconut grove, Planteur Bar is bordered on one side by cascading pools and on the other by the main swimming pool. The bar’s terrace is dotted with beach umbrellas to protect you from the heat of the sun.

Open all day, the bar serves tasty drinks and snacks. The bar is the hub of life at Le Canonnier, opening onto a small amphitheatre where local artists perform nightly for your entertainment.

NAVIGATOR BAR
Located in the middle of the Navigator restaurant, at the top of a promontory with a breathtaking view of the beach and lagoon, this bar welcomes you for an aperitif or digestif in a relaxed and refined setting. Open from mid-morning until very late in the evening, it’s also the ideal place to relax while listening to the lapping of the waves in a serene atmosphere. The gentle, fresh sea breeze will make you feel as if you’re sitting comfortably above the water. You can also watch the sun go down over a drink, or party the night away as the restaurant room transforms into a dance floor.
